Call it "Sandy" or "Spad", this workhorse of Korea and Southeast Asia is one of the more popular warbirds. A great flyer, the Skyraider can be finished in a variety of attractive pain schemes including Air Force, Navy plus foreign operators. The detailed plan set consists of four large sheets which clearly illustrate all structure as well as showing flap and retract installation.

The giant scale AD-1 Skyraider plan set is 1/6 scale and consists of four large sheets that clearly illustrate all structure as well as showing installation of flaps and retracts. The AD-1 Skyraider plan shows the installation of Robart retracts, fixed wire gear, servos and Zenoah G-62 engine and features three piece wing. The basic structures use conventional “modeling” tools and materials such as balsa and plywood, and the techniques are straightforward; easily accomplished by anyone with previous model building experience.
